Injury prevention and body recovery are key to longer surf sessions. These exercise recovery tools are great to have for home recovery and injury prevention. These things can be essential for people with an active lifestyle. Here are a few of my favorite tools that I currently recommend to my clients. Roll Recovery - This thing is great for forearms, calves, and thighs for tissue recovery. This tool is great alternative to foam rolling.
Hypervolt 2 - Tissue Gun that’s great for soft tissue recovery. Great for shoulders after surfing or legs after running. I prefer this one because it is quiet compared to the others.
Vyper 3 - Vibrating foam roller. Foam rolling, but with percussion to make you feel better.
Hypershpere - vibrating ball great for trigger point release, helps to ease the nervous system and help muscles relax.
Normatec Compression - Air Compression device that’s great for faster tissue recovery. It reduces swelling and promotes circulation for enhanced muscle recovery. This is a great tool for high level athletes.
